Here's What You Need
- ¼ cup red wine or balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic pressed
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons creole mustard
- ¼ teaspoon Oregano
- ¼ teaspoon Basil
- ⅛ teaspoon Thyme
- ¾ cup olive oil
- 1 lemon juiced
- To taste kosher salt and ground black pepper
Here's What You Do
- Combine all the ingredients except the olive oil and lemon juice in a small bowl; whisk together.
- Drizzle the olive oil into the other ingredients while you whisk.
- Taste; add as much lemon juice as needed to balance the flavor; adjust the sugar and other seasonings as needed.
- Pour over mixed greens and mix well.
