    Creole Vinaigrette

    Here's a basic vinaigrette made with Olive Oil and your choice of vinegar and lemon juice. Creoleize it with Creole Mustard and season it to your taste with Herbs and Spices and a touch of sugar. Ready in minutes and lasts in the fridge for up to a week!

    Creole Vinaigrette

    A simple recipe to make a Creole Vinaigrette using olive oil, your choice of vinegar, Herbs and Spices, and Creole Mustard

    Here's What You Need

    • ¾ cup olive oil
    • ¼ cup red wine or balsamic vinegar
    • 1 lemon juiced
    • 2 cloves garlic pressed
    • 1 tablespoon sugar
    • 2 teaspoons creole mustard
    • ¼ teaspoon Oregano
    • ¼ teaspoon Basil
    • â…› teaspoon Thyme
    • To taste kosher salt and ground black pepper

    Here's What You Do

    • Combined all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk together.
    • Pour over mixed greens and mix well.
    • Unused portion can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.

    Recipe Notes

    Makes about 1 ½ cups.
    Adjust the amount of vinegar, lemon juice, and sugar to balance the flavor to your liking.
    Keep leftovers in an airtight jar for up to a week.
