¼cupred wine or balsamic vinegar
2clovesgarlic - pressed
1tablespoonsugar
2teaspoonscreole mustard
¼teaspoonOregano
¼teaspoonBasil
⅛teaspoonThyme
¾cupolive oil
1lemon - juiced
To taste kosher salt and ground black pepper
Here's What You Do
Combine all the ingredients except the olive oil and lemon juice in a small bowl; whisk together.
Drizzle the olive oil into the other ingredients while you whisk.
Taste; add as much lemon juice as needed to balance the flavor; adjust the sugar and other seasonings as needed.
Pour over mixed greens and mix well.
