- 2 Tablespoon Sweet Paprika See Notes
- 4 teaspoon Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 2 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- 2 teaspoon White pepper
- 4 teaspoon Onion powder
- 4 teaspoon Garlic powder
Here's What You Do
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl or jar and mix well

This mix makes a Medium Spicy seasoning. For hotter seasoning substitute Hot Paprika and/or use 1 ½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper.
