    Cajun Seasoning

    Looking for a simple, all-purpose seasoning with a Cajun flair? Here it is. This Cajun Seasoning is easy to make and can be adjusted according to your personal taste. No salt in this recipe but you can add it if you want!

    This recipe makes about ½ cup and can be doubled or even tripled. Stored in an airtight container in your pantry or spice drawer, it will last at least a year.

    Here's What You Need

    • 2 Tablespoon Sweet Paprika See Notes
    • 4 teaspoon Thyme
    • 1 teaspoon Cumin
    • 2 teaspoon Chili powder
    • 1 teaspoon cayenne
    • 2 teaspoon White pepper
    • 4 teaspoon Onion powder
    • 4 teaspoon Garlic powder

    Here's What You Do

    • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl or jar and mix well

    Recipe Notes

    This mix makes a Medium Spicy seasoning. For hotter seasoning substitute Hot Paprika and/or use 1 ½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper.
    Makes ½ cup of seasoning
