¼cupred wine or balsamic vinegar
1lemon - juiced
2clovesgarlic - pressed
1tablespoonsugar
2teaspoonscreole mustard
¼teaspoonOregano

To taste kosher salt and ground black pepper

Combined all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk together.
Pour over mixed greens and mix well.
Unused portion can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
