Mix all the marinade ingredients together in a bowl and set aside for about 30 minutes.

This recipe makes approximately 14 Tablespoons (.875 cups) of marinade and can be doubled or tripled easily.Refrigerate unused portions and use within 2 days. Do not save any marinade that has been used. It is not recommended to freeze leftovers.This marinade is excellent for Salmon, Redfish, Drum, Cod, Chilean Sea Bass, chicken, and pork. The lemon juice will "cook" raw seafood if marinaded too long. Do not marinade raw seafood for more than 30 minutes.
