Add mushrooms and garlic and sauté until mushrooms start to brown
Add creole seasoning and salt and pepper and mix well
Add chicken stock and simmer until reduced by about half
Add cream, mix well
Add creole mustard and mix well
Simmer until thickened
Notes
Many creole seasonings contain a lot of salt. This recipe used salt-free creole seasoning so that you can add the amount of salt that suits you. However, if you don't have salt-free, just adjust the amount of additional salt you add.
